How to track my order?
You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and another comfirmation when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order via email with tracking info or by logging into your account. Click here to LOGIN.

How long does the delivery take?
Products are made to order. We ask that you give us 1-3 weeks to make your product. After product is made, we usually take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped & delivered.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders over 200$ that's placed inside the United States. We charge shipping fees for overseas orders.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We are working on bringing international shipping soon.
What if I think my package is lost or stolen
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After your package is shipped it is out of our hands and sole responsibilty of the post office. If you live in an area that is high theft, we suggest that you have the package shipped somewhere safer. If you feel like your package is lost or stolen, please contact the post office HERE.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges on items that may be damaged or sent in the wrong size. If your item is damaged and or the wrong size please contact us directly HERE.
